Financial Terms

Insurance			Follow these instructions if you are covered under a Mt. Auburn Urgent Care approved insurance.
Co-Pay			Co-Pay is due at time of visit.
Self-Pay			Self-Pay fee is $95 for new clients and $85 for any additional follow-ups. Payment is due at time of visit.
Forms of Payment			Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards, Cash, or Personal Checks will be accepted.
